This site only collects personal data when you voluntarily choose to contact the controller. Specifically:

• When you message us on WhatsApp at +39 351 885 7044, we collect your name, phone number and the content of the messages you share.

• When you email us at alessiamorelli1994@gmail.com, we collect your email address and the content of your message.

• When you fill in a contact form on the site (the "Write to me" form at the bottom of the pages or the form on the online course pages), we collect your name, your email address, your message and the page you are writing from; the course form also collects the age of the child you are asking about (optional) and the course of interest. The form does not collect the child's name or any other identifying data about the minor.

The site does not use tracking cookies, does not profile users and does not collect personal browsing data.

Data is used exclusively to:

• Respond to information requests about workshops and services.

• Respond to information requests about the online coding courses for children and arrange the introductory call.

• Manage relationships with schools, principals, teachers and families.

• Comply with tax and accounting obligations under Italian law.

Processing is based on explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and on pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Data is retained only for the time strictly necessary for the purposes above. WhatsApp and email conversations are deleted at the end of the professional relationship, except for retention obligations required by Italian law (e.g. invoices and tax records up to 10 years).

Messages received through the contact forms are kept for as long as needed to reply and, if a course starts, for the duration of the professional relationship; otherwise they are deleted within 12 months of receipt.

Personal data is not sold, transferred or disclosed to third parties except where strictly necessary for:

• Tax and accounting compliance (accountant, Italian tax authority).

• Communication platforms used (WhatsApp / Meta, Gmail / Google) acting as autonomous data controllers.

• Resend Inc. (USA), the service used to deliver contact-form messages to the controller; it acts as a data processor and retains messages only for the technical time needed for delivery, under the Standard Contractual Clauses.

The website is hosted on Vercel Inc. (USA), which acts as an external data processor under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Under Articles 15-22 of GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data.

• Request its correction or deletion.

• Restrict or object to its processing.

• Data portability.

• Withdraw consent at any time.
